Boilerplate Terms
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing the Picyard boilerplate. These terms protect both you and us while ensuring fair usage of the code.
License Grant
The Picyard boilerplate comes with a perpetual license to use and modify the code. You are free to use it for personal projects, building services, or integrating into your products.
Intellectual Property
While Picyard maintains the intellectual property rights to the original codebase, you own any modifications or improvements you make. You're free to build and grow your product without restrictions.
Usage Rights
You can deploy multiple instances, build commercial products, and use the code within your organization. The only restriction is reselling the unmodified codebase as a competing product.
Repository Access
You'll receive access to the private GitHub repository. While sharing the raw codebase isn't allowed, you can deploy and use the code in as many of your projects as needed.
Client & Team Usage
Use the code in client projects, with your team, or in your organization. There's no limit on deployments or users within your licensed usage.
Fair Usage
We trust you to use the code responsibly. Don't redistribute the unmodified source code or compete directly with Picyard's boilerplate business.
Support & Updates
We provide setup support and documentation to help you get started. While the code is provided 'as-is', we're here to help with technical questions and deployment.
